Abstract

In the title compound, C16H18O3S, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 75.48 (8)°. The absolute configuration at the stereogenic S-atom center was determined as S. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular C - H⋯O contacts. © Mastranzo et al. 2011.
