Abstract

Kanker serviks merupakan jenis tumor ganas yang menyerang lapisan permukaan dari serviks. Kejadian kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau penyakit tiga besar pada tahun 2019 setelah kanker payudara dan kanker ovarium. Jumlah kasus baru dan kematian kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2019 terus meningkat, sehingga didapatkan CFR kanker serviks pada tahun 2018 sebesar 17,30% dan tahun 2019 sebesar 17,37%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini analitik kuantitatif dengan desain case control. Lokasi penelitian di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Populasi kasus penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad berjumlah 670 orang dan populasi kontrol adalah wanita yang merupakan kerabat dari populasi kasus dan tidak terdiagnosa kanker serviks. Sampel kasus sebanyak 47 orang dan sampel kontrol sebanyak 94 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling. Alat ukur dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Analisis data dengan univariat dan bivariat (chi-square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara usia OR 16,275 (95% CI 5,865-45,164), tingkat pendidikan OR 12,190 (95% CI 4,894-30,365), paritas OR 11,541 (95% CI 4,953-26,889), usia pertama kali berhubungan seksual OR 7,893 (95% CI 3,591-17,348), berganti pasangan seksual OR 4,811 (95% CI 1,539-15,041) dengan kejadian kanker serviks di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan pendidikan, membatasi jumlah kelahiran, menghindari hubungan seks sebelum usia 20 tahun,  dan tidak berganti pasangan seksual guna mencegah kejadian kanker serviks. Cervical cancer is a type of malignant tumor that attacks the surface layer of the cervix. The incidence of cervical cancer at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, was the top three disease in 2019 after breast cancer and ovarian cancer. The number of new cases and deaths of cervical cancer at Arifin Achmad Hospital from 2016 to 2019 continued to increase, so that the CFR of cervical cancer in 2018 was 17.30% and in 2019 was 17.37%. This research goal to determine the risk factors related with the cervical cancer cases in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province in 2020. This research type is quantitative analytic with a case control design. The research location at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The case population of this research were 670 cervical cancer patients at the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital and the control population was women who were relatives of the case population and were not diagnosed with cervical cancer. The case sample was 47 people and the control sample was 94 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The measuring tool in data collecting is a questionnaire. Data analysis was using univariate and bivariate (chi-square). The results showed that there were a significant relationships between age OR 16,275 (95% CI 5,865-45,164), education level OR 12,190 (95% CI 4,894-30,365), parity OR 11,541 (95% CI 4,953-26,889), age at first sexual intercourse. OR 7,893 (95% CI 3,591-17,348), changing sexual partners OR 4,811 (95% CI 1,539-15,041) with the incidence of cervical cancer in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. It be hoped that the society can improve education, limiting the number of births, avoid sex before 20 years old, and do not change sexual partners to prevent cervical cancer.
