Abstract

In the process of water drive gas field development, when the formation water Intrude into gas reservoir, it can lead to reduce the gas phase permeability, impact on gas well productivity seriously, affect the gas reservoir recovery. This paper is based on the characteristics of water invasion in abnormal high pressure gas reservoir, in order to improve the recovery for the purpose. Through the fine geologic research and association of activity and inertia, this paper take into account whether the fault through the air water interface, the distance of fault from the well, cracks, interlayer, whether the high permeability channel growth and so on, then figure out which is the main control factors of water invasion, and how to predict the gas well water invasion; At the same time using a variety of development dynamic data clear the gas well water features, summarizes the different regions of the water invasion mechanism, the gas well classification evaluation, thus divided into single well water level of risk, to predict gas well water breakthrough time, rational development of waterproof and water control countermeasures for gas field and technology policy has important significance.
