Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the theories, processes, and implementations of Creative Problem Solving (CPS). The combination of electronic learning of the users and knowledge management by the researchers will be studied in a model of web-based CPS module. To what extent and level of enhancement the earning participants can utilize the knowledge-based learning system to support their learning objectives is the main observation for the research. Upon evaluation, learners can create add-on values on knowledge-based management system as it can be used as a platform for subsequent learners' advantage. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
