Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the OVOP program in Petanahan Village, Kebumen Regency - Central Java in empowering coconut processing SME’s. This research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP (Context, Inputs, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this research show that overall the OVOP based empowerment program has been running well, although it is not optimal because there are still several obstacles, so it takes some efforts to make it happen.
