Abstract

Construction supervision industry has developed very rapidly recently. Now, some questions have exposed. In this paper, it has been analyzed about specialty, transaction cost and legitimacy how to influence the development of construction supervision. The model has been set up, the conclusions of those mechanisms have been put forward that specialty and legitimacy will promote construction supervision career and transaction cost will hinder construction supervision career. The model and the conclusions have been proved with structural equation modeling. © 2014 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
