Abstract

Involvement of decision support systems in the process of selecting optimal decisions in transport logistics requires preliminary estimation of cargo delivery quality. The number of delivery criteria, their ranking according to degree of importance, and correlations among these criteria play an important role in the process of decision making. For the elaboration of effective approaches to the above mentioned tasks in the transport logistics we propose use of an intelligent system that applies methods from formal concept analysis and paraconsistent annotated logic. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
