The care of childhood cancer survivors has become increasingly more challenging for primary care providers due to the complexity of the treatment received and the recommended risk-based surveillance. This chapter provides roadmaps of suggested studies and laboratory tests derived form the Children’s Oncology Group Long Term Survivor Guidelines. The format allows the clinician to monitor the patient’s needed tests systematically, provide focused care and address patient concerns amidst a busy practice.
