It is said that “Your believes don’t make you a better person, your behavior does”. Positive behaviors are considered as the predecessors of positive and more productive environment. It is observed that an individual usually response negatively when unfavorable conditions exist. The main purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Deviant Workplace Behavior through systematic review of literature. This research is entirely based on secondary sources; Google, Springer link, JSTOR, Academia and Google scholar to accomplish the study. Research has been divided in three parts, first, to find out the necessity and need for the research on Ethical Leadership and Deviant Workplace Behavior. Secondly, the study is to summing up literature review and find out the outcome of previous researcher on both variables. Thirdly, after systematic review of 20 articles, found conclusion and recommendation. This research is based on qualitative and quantitative research studies from 2015 to 2020 focusing on the Ethical Leadership and Deviant Workplace Behavior. Key words from the studies are taken for initial screening of research articles. This study will provide future directions to the researcher regarding ethical leadership and its effects on Deviant Work Behavior.
