Abstract

The problems of development of local equipment for production and utilization of Russian Arctic shelf oil and gas is proposed. The prospects of development of the shelf are shown. Proposed criteria for the Arctic compressors design. The existing equipment for compression used for underwater mining is considered. Promising type of compressor equipment are proposed, the advantages of which are operation on two-phase fluid and reliability.
