This study examines the mediating effect of the green reward system on the relationship between green training, and environmental performance in the Nigerian Food and Beverages Industry. A purposive random sampling technique was used to select 10 food and beverages industries located in Southwest Nigeria. a sample size of three hundred and forty-seven using a simple random sampling technique was selected for the study from the total population of Two thousand six hundred and forty-seven (2647).
