Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the current trends of corporate social responsibility of commercial banks at the present stage of the scientific and technical revolution. As a research methodology, a systematic approach is applied, as well as ontological and epistemological principles of dialectics. The study identified the main directions of transformation of corporate social responsibility of commercial banks, primarily in relations with customers and employees of credit institutions. Based on this, it was proposed to work with clients of commercial banks, using consolidated up-to-date information about each client obtained with the help of financial technologies, to build a differentiated strategy of long-term relations with each group of clients, taking into account not only their financial but also social situation, as well as psychological characteristics. In relations with employees of credit institutions it is proposed to focus on the most complete disclosure of their professional and personal potential.
