The evaluation on ideological and political teachers' competency

Abstract

This study on a questionnaire survey in Hubei province, the first five using ability scale development the university thought politics theory class teaching effectiveness by our company SEEQ scale. Six of the result being selected, ability factors prediction variables and regression analysis teaching effectiveness scale has been SPSS17.0 total score. The results show that six dimensions have significant prediction function ability, teaching effectiveness scales. At the same time, the ability to score is selected for the six factors prediction variables and regression analysis method has taken all scale. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
