Abstract

This article briefly describes a case of Schistosoma mansoni infection in a 15-year-old boy from Minas Gerais, Brazil, who presented with fever, maculopapular rash, splenomegaly and hepatomegaly. His chest helical computed tomography scan showed bilateral scattered nodules and consolidation in left upper lobe.
