Abstract

This document is intended to provide an overview on decentralized autonomous corporations (DACs) based on the blockchain technology. We provide definitions of (1) DACs, (2) secure multiparty computation – a secure multiparty protocol for authorizing transactions, and (3) autonomous agents – a set of computer programs that carry out some set of operations on behalf of users. We conclude the document with an application for financial-portfolio management.
