Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan merupakan indikator terlaksananya proses belajar mengajar. Penilaian kompetensi peserta didik harus dilakukan oleh instansi yang berkompeten serta di akui oleh Badan Sertfikasi Profesi Nasional. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan bidang pertanian serta tidak bisa melaksanakan uji kompetensi bagi peserta didiknya sebanyak 32 peserta. Untuk mendapatkan peserta didik yang mempunyai kompetensi dalam pengolahan roti maka dilaksanakan pendampingan dalam peningkatan kompetensi pengolahan roti. Metoda pendampingan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan pratek sejalan dengan skema dan unit kompetensi pengoalahan roti. Hasil pendampingan dievaluasi sebelum dan setelah pendampingan dilakuan dengan kuisoner. Kusioner menunjukan peserta didik meningkat menjadi kompeten.Abstract: The competence of vocational high school graduates is an indicator of the implementation of the teaching and learning process. Assessment of student competence must be carried out by competent agencies and recognized by the National Professional Sertification Agency. SMK Negeri 1 Seberida is a vocational high school in agriculture and cannot carry out competency tests for its students as many as 32 participants. To get students who have competence in bread processing, assistance is carried out in improving bread processing competencies. The method of mentoring is carried out with lectures and pratek in line with the scheme and competency unit of roti. The results of the assistance are evaluated before and after the assistance is carried out with a chisoner. Kusioner shows learners increased to competent.
