Abstract

The ISO Reference Model of Open Systems Interconnection is presented. The reference model is used for an overall description of Network and System Architecture, as well as for a description of the interface between network components. Some CCITT Recommendations as X. 25 and X. 28/X. 29 are related with the ISO model.
