Abstract

The article presents a study which aims to identify the mixed-animal veterinary services in rural areas. The data involved is from a survey of mixed animal practitioners by distributed through electronic mail (e-mail) by the American Association of Bovine Practitioners and Academy of Veterinary Consultants. Results indicated that veterinary services which took most of the practitioners' time was designing treatment protocols, immunization programs for cows, and routine reproductive services.
