Information on environmental and social issues associated with the company has become criteria for consumer choice. In this context, the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) gained strength, since it brought to light the tripod of environmental, social and economic responsibility. This study aims to analyze the influence of TBL in generating competitive advantage in the inns on the Island of Fernando de Noronha. The methodology used was quantitative and descriptive research, through a survey applied to a sample of 144 people who visited the Island. For data analysis, normality and reliability tests, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used. From the 3 multiple linear regressions between the TBL in the Environmental, Social and Economic Pillars, and the competitive advantage it can be said that the Economic Pillar (R2=53.7%) is the one that most contributes to the generation of competitive advantage, followed by respectively, by the social (R2=27.1%) and environmental (R2=23.6%) pillars. The study highlights the importance of companies having a stance in favor of sustainable development. Making the society able to be an inspector and defender of environmental and social issues, increasing its criteria when choosing the companies whose goods and services will be contracted.
