Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the new three-volume academic course of Constitutional Law, edited by A.I. Kazannik and A.N. Kostyukov. The study of the modern Constitutional Law of Russia in the context of the world constitutional and legal development, new facets in the approaches to the study of the status of constitutional and legal institutions are positively evaluated. The authors' views on the role of Constitutional Law in interstate integration, in the coverage of various cultural and historical models of constitutionalism are polemically considered. It is concluded that the academic course has become a notable event in the domestic science of Constitutional Law and can be the basis for improving educational practice.
