Abstract

Accurate and true information is an important basis for the assessment of local government's ecological achievements. Based on the 'three phosphorus' incident, this paper analyzes the 'information asymmetry' problem existing in the assessment of local governments' ecological achievements in river basin governance. Based on the Internet big data cloud platform, this article sets up water quality detection stations in various sections of the Yangtze River Basin, and real time online monitoring is achieved through satellite remote sensing.
