Abstract

The seasonal and vertical distribution of soil mites and collembolans under pine trees in four sites of different soils at Riyadh region were investigated. A total of 40 species of Acari and 6 species of Collembola have been identified. Seasonal and vertical differences in population density in the four sites were discussed. © 1983, Arachnological Society of Japan. All rights reserved.
