This research aims to know and analyze: (a) organizational commitment, training, competence, and employee performance in the position of Sales Officer and Remedial Officer PT. X, (b) the influence of organizational commitment, training, and competence on employee performance of Sales Officer and Remedial Officer position at PT. X either partially or simultaneously. Research method used in this research is census method. The population in this study is the entire population is used as a sample of 99 people, consisting of 55 people Remedial officers and 44 sales officers. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed that commitment and competence have a significant effect on employee performance, while training does not significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, training, and competence have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. X
