Abstract

The article examines the process of human transformation in conditions of the digital economy. The main philosophical aspect of this process is the radical change of the human consciousness. Transformations of the economic consciousness cause radical changes of its paradigm. So, a new paradigm of the economic thinking forming in the digital age is analyzed in the article. Attention is paid to its prehistory too. Its place and role in the field of the modern company management technology are also considered. The forecasts of the further development of these processes are formulated. The authors specially accent the humanly oriented points of digitalization such as the changes in the character of management in the digital company, the system of the specialists’ training, the areas of their professional activity and education. New requirements to the leadership in the digital economy are considered. Problems of dialectical co-operation between the humans, the state and the market are also discussed.
