Análisis AHP de proveedores de servicio de cloud computing para organizaciones de educación superior en el Ecuador

Abstract

Cloud Computing services provide dynamically scalable services through the Internet on demand, so the provisioning of services plays an important role when using them in enterprises. Business organizations in general, including educational ones, must be able to select the appropriate services according to their needs. This work briefly details the concept of Cloud Computing, the methodology for solving the problem in the selection of Cloud Computing services for Higher Education Organizations using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchical Process) model, where criteria were established such as type of service, service characteristics, technical support, network protection, web protection and virtual infrastructure. Finally, the results of the analysis of the instrument that shows the selection of the Cloud Computing service provider for Higher Education organizations in Ecuador are presented.
