Abstract

The learning adaptability is the psychological tendency of learner who strives to overcome the difficulties in the learning process, be consistent with the learning environment, so as to obtain good learning efficiency. Due to the change of learning environment and learning goals, the postgraduate freshmen face the problems of the learning adaptability at the first semester, so it is essential to explore the learning adaptability. This paper aims to improve the e-learning adaptability of the postgraduate freshmen. The problems, influencing factors and the significances of e-learning adaptability of the postgraduate freshmen are discussed, and the strategies of improving their learning adaptability are provided. © Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht 2014.
