Abstract

of Indonesia has characteristics that are very heterogeneous and dynamic course greatly affect the progress and quality of the education system and learning. Investment and development of infrastructure is one part only of a few things to be prepared properly and comprehensively. Different needs, levels of welfare that has not been evenly distributed, the number of universities that have not been balanced, plus social issues in each region in Indonesia is a complicated issue that should be of particular concern by the government. The method used in this paper is to use two perspectives namely pembelaaran dynamic mapping system, and system architecture mapping of learning. This study contributes to several things: the current situation of the system and the data area of higher education in Indonesia, learning architectures, PDITT framework, dynamic mapping system of collaborative learning, and also benefit from the implementation.
