Abstract

This paper proposes an automatic animation composition system based on six databases, which are defined through analyzing a Japanese folktale animation movie. The system can automatically translate a text-based event representation (simple case frame) into an animation script (TVML). We show that our proposed system can compose several TVML scripts, which can represent animations of events as parts of a story. © Springer International Publishing 2013.
