Abstract

In recent years, with the enhancement of sensor platforms in regions, everything has been converted to data and networked by IoT. In addition, open data and networking by local governments have advanced. As a result, the collection of huge amounts of big data has become increasingly popular. In this study, the characteristics of local governments are visualized using two methods: open data and synesthesia. Examine how the visualized characteristics of local governments relate to existing policies. We also consider the possibility of contributing to policy making.
