Study on the feasibility of sports prescription to treatment of young internet addiction

Abstract

With the development of science and technology, Internet addiction becomes a social problem, it can not be ignored and seriously affects the physical and mental health of young people. From the point of sports prescription, this paper analyzes the reason for formation of young addiction, formulates appropriate sports prescription according to different reasons, and studies the feasibility of sports prescription to treat young addiction. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
