Abstract
The aim of this review is to summarize our current understanding of the meiotic behaviour of chromosomes in haploids and polyhaploids and to try to elucidate some aspects of chromosome pairing in haplo- and polyhaploids during meiotic division. © 2008 Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.
