Abstract

This paper is concerned with fault detection filter design of certain discrete-time networked systems with delays. Based on the traditional fault detection filter, a novelty fault detection observer was designed to compensate the delay by iteration. The fault reference model was introduced, and an augumented residual system was derived. With the H∞ theory, a fault detection schem was proposed based on the H∞filter. With the LMI, the observer gain and the post filter matrix could be got. Simulation results gave an illustration of the proposed design. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
