Abstract

This report tells the story of a project started one and a half years ago in BT and how the enthusiasm and dedication on applying agile methodologies has allowed the team to grow while successfully delivering on their goals. It describes the process that has been put in place to manage the project and develop the software; it also tells how some of the practices initially applied have been then changed and adapted to make them fit for the distributed and unique nature of the team. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
