Abstract

A 3–11 µm FTIR spectrometer is integrated with an autonomous UAV, enabling multi-species environmental gas sensing with a sensitivity of 37 ppm and noise-limited performance of 18 ppm (propane). Source localization is demonstrated using Bayesian interpolation.
