The commodity of shllotincluded in the spices that not substituted. High demand from people to the onion is not followed by the demand of shallot that is located in the market. That is due to the scarcity of onion production. Problems in the production aspect can provide an illustration of the possibility of production risk and the level of supply of shallots will be influenced by the amount of commodities produced. This study aims to analyze the risk of onion production and analyze the factors that influence the supply of shallots in the Toyomerto Village, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. This analysis uses the double log multiple linear regression model. Based on the analysis of the level of onion risk faced by farmers in Toyomerto Village is high and the biggest risk comes from pests and diseases. There are four factors that significantly affect the supply of shallots in the village of Toyomerto, such as price of seed, price of NPK fertilizer, cost of pesticides, and cost of labors. PENDAHULUAN Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang cukup strategis di Indonesia mengingat fungsinya sebagai bahan utama bumbu dasar masakan Indonesia. Maka dari itu, permintaan bawang merah sangat tinggi, bahkan cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Kebutuhan bawang merah di Indonesia sangat berfluktuatif dari tahun ke tahun.
