Abstract

This paper aims to analize and criticize the perspective of some common legal realisms both with respect to of lawyers and the theory of law itself. Instead, he suggests that a practical concept such as law and a discussion of the Hartian notion of internal point of view encourage another form of realism that neither confuses nor separates descriptive from evaluative or ideal elements in university law education. and in the legal theory that accompanies it.
