The vegetation and flora of Big Stage, Kaimohu, Solomon, Big South Cape, Pohowaitai, Tamaitemioka, and Little Moggy Is., south-west of Stewart 1., are described. A catalogue of fungi, lichens, bryophytes and vascular plants, including adventives, is presented. Cryptogams are listed for the first time, and many of the vascular plants are new records for the islands. The effects on the vegetation of sea birds, introduced mammals and human influences are outlined. © 1973 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
