Abstract
Teacher training has been an international topic for the government of many countries. The development of computer technology brought out many online teacher education resources and training programs to improve teacher's teaching expertise. In present paper, we will discuss the knowledge base of teacher education and training, and web-based or online reflective teaching. Applications of online training program and how to use these resources efficiently are also discussed. © Springer-Verlag 2010.
