Abstract

The comprehensive nursing assessment is a one-of-a-kind worldwide patient evaluation that serves as the foundation for the nursing profession. The ACHD nurse coordinator must offer integrated nursing care based on this strategy by undertaking a complete, holistic nursing evaluation. This chapter examines holistic health care and nursing leadership in transitional care by focusing on the unique aspects of the changes brought about by the transition from childhood to adulthood.
