Abstract

The authors consider the possibility of using information modeling at Russian enterprises in the investment and construction complex. The BIM-model is presented as an innovative design method that allows you to see the building in a complex of architectural and planning, engineering, operational regulatory estimates and financial solutions. Information technology is a fundamentally new aspect of the production formation, based on the widespread introduction of innovative forms, methods and conditions for organizing production. The digitalization of the construction industry, which represents the field of electronic interaction, is aimed at streamlining economic activity, unifying and standardizing processes, and reducing costs for market participants. This activity, aimed at combining a number of systems, allows you to create a single information space in terms of information collection and automation of construction processes. The article discusses the experience of using BIM-modeling, which is currently only developing in the conditions of Russian production. The prospects of using digital modeling for the development of multivariate solutions in the design of buildings and choosing the best of them is shown. Information modeling is presented in a single set of problems and solutions, including engineering communications, logistics systems, interrelated work schedules, regulatory estimates and financial conditions for the implementation of the project.
