Abstract

The ubiquity of arrhythmias, both atrial and ventricular, in chronic heart failure (HF) is well established, and their significance and treatment have been studied quite extensively. The prevalence, significance, and treatment of arrhythmias in acutely decompensated heart failure have been less studied. © 2008 Springer-Verlag London.
