Abstract

Anaerobic digestion is a common process in nature. Biogas is generated from many places such as the bottom sediments of fresh water and of the sea, rice field, wetland, marsh and rumen of some animals. People use artificial reactors to process solid waste and wastewater to generate and utilize biogas.
