Hubungan Sistem Reward dan Punishment Pada Sikap Disiplin Mata Pelajaran Sejarah

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh Reward and Punishment terhadap perilaku siswa belajar sejarah disiplin kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Penelitian ini di kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi (sebagai data utama). Setelah kuesioner diisi, data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil: (1) tidak ada pengaruh reward terhadap perilaku siswa belajar sejarah disiplin kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Berdasarkan uji T diperoleh t hitung < t tabel (1,779 < 1,977). (2) ada pengaruh hukuman terhadap perilaku siswa belajar disiplin sejarah kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Berdasarkan uji T diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (6.667 > 1.977), yang berarti Semakin Tegas dan tepat hukuman yang diberikan atas kesalahan siswa, perilaku disiplin siswa juga akan semakin meningkat. (3) ada pengaruh reward and punishment terhadap perilaku siswa belajar sejarah disiplin kelas XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung > F tabel (62.148 > 3.06), artinya semakin menarik reward yang diberikan dan semakin ketat hukuman yang diterapkan kepada siswa akan semakin meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dalam belajar. After the questionnaire is filled, the data is analyzed quantitatively with correlational research design. The results showed the results: (1) there is no effect of reward to the behavior of students learning history discipline Class XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Based on the T test obtained t count < t table (1.779 < 1.977). (2) there is the effect of punishment on the behavior of students studying history discipline Class XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Based on the T test obtained t count > t table (6.667 > 1.977), which means that the more firm and appropriate punishment given for the mistakes of Students, Students Disciplinary behavior will also increase. (3) there is the effect of reward and punishment on the behavior of students learning history discipline Class XII IPS SMAN 8 Jambi. Based on the F test obtained F count > F table (62.148 > 3.06), meaning that the more attractive the reward given and the stricter the punishment applied to students will further improve student discipline in learning.
