This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on performance effectiveness, the influence of competence on performance effectiveness, the influence of work discipline on performance effectiveness, and to identify which variable has a more dominant influence on performance effectiveness. The research was conducted in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Tapin Regency. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression. The research findings indicate that the variables of Leadership and Competence do not have a significant partial influence on employee performance effectiveness in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Tapin Regency, while Work Discipline has a significant partial influence. The variable of Competence does not have a dominant significant influence on employee performance effectiveness.
