Abstract

PT Muda Kaya Mendunia (MKM) is one of the businesses that places an emphasis on achieving excellent products through the performance of their employees. Undoubtedly, the goal of every company is to realize a high level of profitability as a result of the efforts it expends in pursuit of its goals. As a result, the researcher has an interest in learning more about the ways in which PT MKM'sorganizational culture and leadership styles influence employee performance at the company. The goal of this research was to determine whether or not there is a correlation between the types of leadership styles employed and the cultures of the organizations in which those styles are implemented. The method that was employed was descriptive quantitative, and there were 52 people that participated. Primary data and secondary data are employed as sources of data, and SPSS 22 is used to evaluate the data after it has been gathered from both sources. According to the findings, there is a favorable and considerable influence given by leadership style and organizational style on the performance of the organization, and the effect magnitude of this influence is 78.6%.
