During this decade the realization of participatory budgeting experiences has been consolidated in Spain, with a progressive advance of the research networks and the literature in this regard, and with the growing need for evaluations of such experiences that allow progress in knowledge. The aim of this article is to contribute to the analysis of the effects that this mechanism can have on the technical and political personnel involved. We believe that this is a necessary approach, since there are very few studies on this issue, with more common research on the impacts on participating citizens. In this paper, indicators for the dimensions of results on policies, results on relation to citizenship and learning were specifically analyzed. The effects, both of the learning part and of the results on policy and relations, are analyzed from the point of view of the qualitative information that has been collected from the technique of the semi-structured interview.
