Studies of multiply charged molecules by ion collision techniques and ab initio theoretical methods

Abstract

This paper presents studies of multiply charged molecules by ion collision techniques and ab initio theoretical methods. The stability of multiply charged molecular ions, contemporary ion-impact methods and other experimental techniques for studying multiply cgarged molecules, theoretical description of molecular ions, and ambiguities and controversies in this field are described.
