The smartphone has been taking a highlight place nowadays because of its mobility, for being a nomadic technology, and also for being a metamedia, in other words, it converges a lot of medias in one single device (SUÁREZ GÓMEZ; GRANÉ ORÓ; TARRAGÓ, 2019). On this gadget, we can download softwares, called applications, that work as shortcuts (GARDNER; DAVIS, 2014) to activities that we want to perform, which can be from communication to locomotion activities and others. However, this reality has been perceived inside the school and with pedagogical goals. Therefore, this systematic review has the aim to map, and to acquire knowledge about the mobile applications as pedagogical resource in foreign language classroom at school.
