Use the comprehensive model about gray and fuzzy to evaluate the performance of the information technology of manufacturing enterprises

Abstract

The evaluation of manufacturing enterprises making use of information is a problem currently. On the basis of analyzing the condition about the performance of the information technology of manufacturing enterprises evaluating, it is using these kinds methods of Eva, BSC, prism of performance combined to establish the indicators about the Information technology of Manufacturing enterprises, at the same time with the gray and fuzzy comprehensive model to evaluate the performance of their information. Finally, the use of surveying data form a manufacturing enterprise, it does an empirical study to prove the method to be right. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
