Abstract

Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) are playing a strategic role in today’s digital transformation, supporting European Enterprises, in particular small and medium (SMEs), to adequately adopt digital technologies in their business. Several services can be provided to foster and speed up this path. These services can be mapped to configure DIHs portfolios and then allocated in typical customer journeys through the D-BEST reference model. Often, DIHs need to collaborate to support the digital transition. This paper provides detailed elaboration on how to use ECOGRAI method to define performance indicators (PIs) related to cross-collaborations among DIHs. The method was applied on two cross-collaborating DIHs member of the DIH4CPS project, Data Cycle Hub (DCH-ITI), and HUB4.0MANUVAL (UPV).
